Week 8 Progress

Pinterest Using the progress chart and looking at what I've done so far in the class, I know I'm a bit behind. I'm about 30 points off from having a C in the class. Like I mentioned in previous posts, this is because I've been caught up with some non-school projects and let myself get behind. This isn't the only class in which that's happened, either.  When I think about the rest of the semester, I know I want to get back into the routine that I had the first few weeks. I was getting everything done at least a day before the deadline, and working ahead when I could. I'm definitely going to have to get some extra credit in at some point to make sure I pass the class. Of course, passing is all I need since I'm graduating and am not worried about my GPA. Here's to the last second half of the semester I'll ever have!

Week 8 Comments and Feedback

1. Feedback In: I have loved reading the comments I've gotten in class so far. I've only written three stories but everyone's comments have been so kind and made me feel good. I love taking pictures of everything and everyone, so I left a bunch of pictures in my Introduction post and everyone said that it really helped show them who I am and what's important to me. 4. Looking forward: I think the feedback comments are great, I just n...

Week 8 Reading and Writing

Student Writing I can't believe it's already halfway through the semester! Looking back, I can see that I was keeping up with the assignments really well for the first four weeks or so, and then things started getting a little intermittent. I had been working on some outside of school projects, as well as working a part-time job that leaves me exhausted when I get home, so I know exactly why that is. I am overall satisfied with my blog and my website so far, but of course when I get back to working on my Storybook I'm sure I'll find some changes to make. This second half of the semester I should be less busy (hope I'm not jinxing myself, haha), and I'm excited to get to work more on my Storybook! My favorite reading so far would be the Ramayana, mainly because I didn't get to finish the Mahabharata. I may try to finish it at some point for extra credit reading. My favorite story I've written so far would probably be the "Squirrel's are Special,...
